The Charter is not a contract. Signing or endorsing the Bloom Charter is a public declaration. It creates no legal rights or obligations for signers, endorsers, or Bloom Ministries, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

The text. The Bloom Charter's text may be quoted and shared freely with attribution to the Bloom Charter and a link to bloomcharter.com. It may not be republished in altered form presented as the authentic text — the only authentic text is the current ratified version on this site.

Contributions. By submitting a suggestion, amendment proposal, comment, or edit, you grant Bloom Ministries a perpetual license to display, adapt, and incorporate that contribution into the Charter and its public record, with attribution.

Conduct. Accounts used for harassment, impersonation, vandalism, or coordinated manipulation of the editorial process will be suspended, and suspensions are logged publicly with a stated reason.

Endorsements. Organizational listing follows manual Steward review and requires annual renewal. Bloom Ministries may decline, lapse, or revoke a listing at its discretion, particularly where an organization's conduct contradicts the Covenant of Care.
